Oilmax Energy was the proud sponsor of "Gurukul" which showcased at the Experimental Theatre at NCPA. Gurukul, an initiative by the Sound Space, featured children from the age group of 7-14 who shared the beautiful gift of Indian music presented to them by their guru and thus honoured the sacred bond between the guru & shishya, an age old Indian tradition.

'Gurukul' was aimed to introduce Indian music to these children and help them develop an understanding and love for this unique art form and provide them with an opportunity to learn the importance of our aesthetic values and discipline through the beautiful combination of Sur, Taal and Laya.
